Our exquisite fine porcelain products are meticulously hand-glazed and fired in small batches, showcasing the craftsmanship behind each piece. While we strive for perfection, the nature of this artisanal process may result in rare occurrences of ash spots or minor imperfections in approximately 1% of the goods. We make earnest efforts to identify and remove such items, but occasionally, these nuances may inadvertently find their way into shipments. We appreciate your understanding of the unique character inherent in fine porcelain goods, and we remain committed to delivering the highest quality products to our discerning customers.
