Face Elixir

What your skin has known for 1,300 years

Ayurvedic masters experimented in the 7th century with herbs that regenerate the skin. The result—a formula from Ashtanga Hridayam—remains unchanged to this day: saffron, blue lotus, red sandalwood, and 21 other botanical ingredients, simmered in sesame oil according to classical tradition.

Hair Elixir

What the root needs, not the stem.

In the Charaka Samhita, hair is described as the mala of the Asthi Dhatu—a byproduct of bone tissue. What is balanced internally is reflected externally: in texture, shine, and density. The Hair Elixir begins where modern hair care leaves off: at the root.

Brahmi, Amla, Bhringraj — three of the most important Rasayana plants in the Ayurvedic tradition. Ten-minute head massage. Once a week as a baseline, more often for Vata constitutions.

Both elixirs are based on sesame oil—the classic Abhyanga oil of Ayurveda. Warming, deeply penetrating, balancing all three doshas. One language, two rituals.

Mukha Abhyanga for the face, Keshavardhana for the hair — both are classic oil massage rituals. No lathering, no rubbing. Nourishing, penetrating, rooting.

Massage in the Hair Elixir and leave it on for 30–60 minutes. During this time, apply the Face Elixir. Both rituals blend seamlessly—no extra effort required.

This is how the duo works

Step 1

Warm the hair elixir

Warm a few drops between your palms to body temperature. Heat activates the active ingredients and significantly increases bioavailability.

Step 2

Head massage

Using your fingertips, massage in circular motions from the hairline to the nape of the neck for at least 5, preferably 10 minutes. Stimulate the classic Marma points on the scalp.

Step 3

Apply Face Elixir

While the Hair Elixir is taking effect: Warm 2-3 drops, apply to the cleansed face — from the center outwards. Do not rub in, press in gently.

Step 4

Let absorb

Hair Elixir: 30–60 minutes, overnight is ideal. Face Elixir absorbs completely—no need to wipe. Both oils work while you sleep.

Face Elixir — Key Active Ingredients

Saffron (Crocus sativus) is the key ingredient in the Face Elixir. It evens out the complexion and has an antioxidant effect.
Blue Lotus (Nymphaea stellata) soothes and enhances the effect of the other ingredients.
Red sandalwood (Pterocarpus santalinus) Cooling, soothing. Minimizes redness and uneven pigmentation.
Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides) Deeply penetrating, grounding. One of the oldest cooling substances in the Ayurvedic tradition.
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) counteracts dark spots and hyperpigmentation.
+ 19 additional botanical ingredients. Based on the original formula of Ashtanga Hridayam from the 7th century.

Hair Elixir — Key Active Ingredients

Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) The most important hair tonic in the Ayurvedic tradition. Strengthens roots, counteracts stress-related thinning.
Amla (Phyllanthus emblica) is the strongest Rasayana in the classical tradition. It supports collagen production in the hair follicle structure.
Bhringraj (Eclipta alba) The "king of herbs" for hair growth. Strengthens the roots, reduces hair loss.
